It seems like every week now we’re explaining to our clients and to businesses that we meet why it’s so important that they get involved in social media.
Some of these conversations take a while as we battle with some individual’s preconceptions or their resistance to change. Time is always short, so we’re always looking for great analogies, metaphors, presentations and statistics that help us convince people more quickly.
